6A. Amazon Web Services (AWS)
AWS provides the secure cloud environment for the optional anonymous inspection data
sharing feature described in Section 4.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Those platforms
may collect certain device and download information subject to their own privacy policies. We
encourage you to review Apple’s and Google’s privacy policies separately.
6B. Firebase Crashlytics (Crash Diagnostics)
The Edgevision ™ App uses Firebase Crashlytics, a crash-reporting service provided by Google
LLC (“Google”), to automatically detect and diagnose software errors so we can fix bugs and
improve the App’s stability. Crashlytics runs automatically each time the App is used and cannot
be disabled by the user.
What Crashlytics Collects
If the App crashes or encounters certain errors, the following diagnostic information is
automatically transmitted to Google’s Firebase servers:
• Crash logs and stack traces describing the error;
• Device information, including device model, manufacturer, and operating system
version;
• App version and build number;
• Device state at the time of the crash (e.g., available memory, storage, battery level, and
screen orientation);

crash events for stability purposes. This identifier is not linked to any inspector,
requesting party, or other personal information described in Section 3.
What Crashlytics Does Not Collect
Firebase Crashlytics does not collect inspection images or video, or the names, addresses,
phone numbers, email addresses, or other personal information of inspection participants
described in Section 3. AI4RVI, Inc. has not configured Crashlytics with any custom user
identifier, custom log, or key that could tie a crash report to a specific individual or inspection
record.
How This Data Is Used
Crash diagnostic data is used solely to identify, diagnose, and fix software defects and to
monitor the stability of the Edgevision™ App. It is not used for advertising, marketing, or
behavioral analytics tracking, and AI4RVI, Inc. does not sell it or share it with third parties
except as necessary for Google to provide the Crashlytics service.
Google as a Data Processor
Firebase Crashlytics is provided by Google LLC, which processes crash diagnostic data on
AI4RVI, Inc.’s behalf under Google’s Firebase terms of service and data processing terms. For more information about Google’s privacy and security practices, visit firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
